Open your project in Photoshop, make sure the layer’s palette is visible, select the layer, and then click New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation at the bottom of the layer’s palette.

Step 2:

Create a New Hue/Saturation Adjustment Layer. This can be found at the bottom of your Layer panel.

Step 3:

Select the yellow areas of the teeth using the eyedropper tool.

Step 4:

Here, we will decrease the saturation. Reduce the Hue to 0 and the Saturation to -80. If you are not satisfied with the result, you can increase the Lightness until you are satisfied.

Step 5: Fine-tune the settings based on your image.

So you are done, but found out that the skin and other areas were affected in the process. Don’t worry, you can easily take care of this. Simply select your Brush Tool. You can use the shortcut “B” to select the Brush tool. Make sure the foreground color is set to black color. Then use the Brush Tool to erase the affected areas.

Step 1:

Grab your “Laso Tool” and trace part of your teeth you want to work on.

Create a New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation just as we did in the previous method.

Now it’s time to set the Hue and Saturation. Here, will set the Hue to 0 and the Saturation to -80.  Then we brighten it up by setting the lightness to +80.

Clean up any artifacts by using a Layer Mask and painting over the affected areas.
